You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide psychological treatment for adults 18-65 with with complex trauma, mental health using evidence-based modalities
Provide prevention-oriented therapy-with goals in mind Implement and review treatment plans, develop coping strategies using CBT, CPT and other appropriate treatments
Collaborate with additional treatment providers such as WSIB, Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mental health counselling or other related fields
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
